OSRAM Sylvania Testimonial

 

Sarah was a critical player, coordinator and motivator for several DOE submissions at OSRAM Sylvania. With her help, the SSL group at OSRAM Sylvania successfully submitted two proposals to DOE simultaneously, during a time of transition.

 

A key challenge was having a large number of innovative technical concepts, each with its own internal champions. Sarah effectively facilitated a large staff meeting and was able to mediate multiple team priorities using objective screening criteria based on DOE technical and merit review criteria to focus the team on DOE priorities. She is a very effective project manager, and successfully kept the teams on schedule to meet all requirements and deadlines. Her knowledge and experience of the grant process and requirements was especially valuable.
